The TNE Platform is a Web-based service that will perform as an authenticated organization to build the partner's trust. The idea of The TNE Platform is to help unemployed graduate students and high school certificate holders to get the required skills and experience in their study field.

The leading partner in this project will be :

1. Ministry of Education ( MoE)
2. Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI)
3. Ministry of Labour (MoL)

The work procedure will be by gathering the details of the graduate students from MoHERI and high school certificate holders from MoE and linking it with MoL. Furthermore, by this step, we can get the statical number of the unemployed with their qualifications. The youngth graduate can register on this platform to create their profiles and update their status monthly as clients.

The marketing of the job training will motivate the private and public sectors to participate in our platform with monthly fees. Other hand can post their job training requirements on this platform as Phase One of the operation. Also, they will be able to post their job advertisements. They will be able to perform exams for the trainees to get a certification of experience and exams for the job appliers to minimize the number of job applicants.

The platform will employ reinforcement learning and Deep learning to analyze applicants' applications.

The platform will provide two bowls but with little detail to keep the privacy of client information. The first bowl will be for exams based on job requirements and the second for the client's CVs.

The profit of this project will be from all entities, with limited fees from the clients (graduate students and high school certificate holders)
