Problem statement :

In our houses we are facing problems related to electrical network especially the distribution board. We facing continuous malfunctions in electronic devices , sudden combustion ,electric petition and many malfunction whose causes we do not know . for example, losses connection , Air condition  and heater malfunctions. These problem lead to financial losses in repairing and increase in invoice price .

To identify the faults in current distributed generation has made traditional distribution protection schemes mostly ineffective. we can’t analysis and identify  the reasons of fault. also, due to overload and short circuit the main breaker of DB off, so it takes time to know where  the fault is.

Solution :

• As the reason for fault occurrence and  devices damages is increase or decrease the voltage.
• Therefore, to overcome the problem, we will design an IOT distribution board which will help to identify , control  and show the values of current and voltage  in each breaker  and it location .
• The DB will be more technology and smart.
• the Arduino interface with IoT system and distribution board.
• when the fault occurs in load the CT ,VT will sense and disconnect the load without disconnect the all power for the home  so, the ARDUINO will read status of the current , Voltage  and identify the concern breaker  
• The LCD will show the rating of each breaker and which breaker increase, decrease and it  will show the total voltage and current with it location .
• Also, by IoT we will control switch ON and OFF the breaker , identify the fault by application in phone .
• by this information , the IoT DB  will continous monitoring and triping if the fault occur in few seconds and  we will  know the reasons  for fault and its location so, we will avoid damage the appliances  and avoid trip all power  .

• Installation :

  Specialized approved electrical technician can fix the smart DB in the houses then they will give a training about how to use and read the fault errors codes and solve the issue in the house before it happen.

  Business strategies:

  Our aim is to build a trust between our product and the customer .to do so we will do a pilot study for the product.  First will give the customer a trial for 3 months in different places and homes to check the ability of our product in different ways. After 3 months we will take the data and make a review. Then we will give the feedback to customer and the results during 3 months and how the product is saving the appliances from damage and cost effective. then the customer can pay back cost of the product in monthly instalment for other 3 months. The installation of this product will be free for the first installation.
