Idea Description

Many startups fail due to many reasons, some are the lack of experience and relevant training, high costs of business courses, and unreliable and authorized information.  Our application is the solution for such problems, to support startups of especially young entrepreneurs to be professional, productive and competitive. At the same time, it is going to facilitate from the Omani expertise in different areas, which will be very supportive for their growth.

Raed Academy Is a platform for talented and skilled Omani youth who are going to guide and coach young entrepreneurs who lack knowledge and experience to start or run a competitive business.

Coaches and trainers will introduce many online courses in for example social media content management, digital content development, communication, and funds management. They will be identified and chosen by the application managers with the ministry supervision. Reliability and consistency with the market needs, regulations and thriving technological changes will be assured. Nevertheless, this will be a good source of fund for trainers and a good way to share their knowledge with their fellow Omanis.

The other beneficiary is the youth who have the willingness to start a business or who face some difficulties in running their content, sales, funds, etc. They will be able to choose from the various courses that will be available in the App or book an online consultation. Some of them would prefer to get integrated courses that teach everything in business from A to Z, Authenticated certificates will be given.

This program can be continuously developed. Adding more courses in many areas of business and its newest technologies.
