IDEATION Community Rules
A. Membership Eligibility

- Protect the confidentiality of other Members' innovations and not disclose them without explicit permission.
- Maintain the anonymity of Members unless permission is granted to reveal their identity.
- Act ethically and honorably.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date identification and contact information when required.
- Submit only ideas they own, not those belonging to others.
- Prevent unauthorized access to the IDEATION System.
- Assume all risks associated with their use of the System.
- Report unethical activities or violations of these Rules.
- Declare any significant conflicts of interest.
- Avoid activities that disrupt or compete with IDEATION.
- Use the System in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not modify, copy, or distribute any part of the System without approval.
- Not use automated tools to gather content from the IDEATION platform.
- Submit only one idea per submission.
- Acknowledge shared intellectual property rights with Madarek Innovation Company for ideas developed further by the team.

C. Prohibited Uses
Members shall not use the System for:
- Misleading information or false claims.
- Infringing on the rights of third parties.
- Conducting contests, pyramid schemes, or sending unsolicited communications.
- Engaging in unlawful or harmful behavior.
- Introducing harmful components like viruses or malware.

D. Acceptance and Modifications
By using the IDEATION website, users accept these Rules. Madarek Innovation Company may change the System or these Rules at any time, with changes taking effect immediately.
E. Security and Data Protection
Member data is stored securely, and measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access. However, Members bear the risk of any loss or harm related to their data.
F. Disclaimer and Liability
Madarek Innovation Company is not liable for:
- Content provided by Members.
- Claims arising from third-party interactions.
- Any indirect damages exceeding the fees paid by the Member.

Madarek Innovation Company is not responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters or third-party issues.

I. Rights to Website Content
Members acknowledge that all materials on the IDEATION platform, except those submitted by them, are proprietary to Madarek Innovation Company. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
J. Membership Termination
Madarek Innovation Company may terminate Membership for:
- Failing to comply with these Rules.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Any unethical behavior or fraud.

Upon termination, all rights and data will be forfeited, and unpaid fees will be due immediately.
K. User Identification and Password
Members will receive a unique User ID and Password for accessing the System. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
L. Anti-Money Laundering
Membership is not permitted for individuals prohibited by anti-money laundering laws. Verification of identity is required.
Privacy Policy
